  Every house I love is listed as "active" on their site but actually has an accepted offer in. It is insane that the site does not list when this happens. For each property I waste time researching the area, the commute, discussing with my family and try to set up an appointment .... only to find the sellers have already had accepted offers.
  
  I've been told that "it takes too much time" and that "the real estate agents are lazy" by two different Redfin employees. Either way, the system is fundamentally flawed and the time waste gets passed on to me. When you're betting your future life on these decisions, trying to picture yourself living and thriving somewhere, this erroneous system really starts to drag you down.
